It all started as a standard deal: foreigners were looking for an apartment for a long-term rental. When we secured the apartment we wanted, the tenants asked if we could find 5 more apartments to rent long term? The challenge was accepted: we found all the apartments that met the tenants’ demand and closed the deal. The tenants were very satisfied! During our time working together we have managed to build good friendships. We always appreciate that very much.
The tenants then asked us if we could help with the overall relocation of their business, including not only assistance with signing a long-term lease agreement for the commercial property, but also legal assistance, business registration in Bulgaria. Of course we were ready to help them with that as well. Even in such moments as buying furniture, phones, SIM cards, internet connection – Focus Real Estates went hand in hand with the tenants, taking care of all bureaucratic procedures and minor household issues.
Now the Bulgarian economy can boast of another new international business in the IT sector and we will humbly add this case to our portfolio.
