Ognyan Asenov Kayryakov was born in 1992 in the town of. He is born in 1992 in Krumovgrad. He came to Plovdiv in 2011 to study Macroeconomics at the University of Plovdiv. During his studies he had to work several jobs to support himself. Coming from a small town, he encounters the peculiarities and difficulties of the big city. But the combativeness and ambition which are part and parcel of his character , do not allow him to break his head before them . Changing careers, he discovered that communicating with people was his strength and talent, and it was this that awakened his passion for sales.

In 2015, the two ended up in the same workplace where they met and built a friendship based on their views, goals and ambitions. A few months later, exhausted after another gray day, they realize their lack of perspective, the waste of precious time and the squandering of their talent. Hence the idea to venture into the unknown, risking security and stability. They are laying the foundation towards building their common dream, which is to leave a mark by creating a decent, open and positive business environment. Going through many downs and ups, denials and support to date, they have found people with goals and views like theirs, uniting them in the Focus Real Estates organization. Together they are building a successful common future.
