Description
Town Square is a new residential development under construction in DubaiLand, just south of the intersection of Al Qudra Street and Emirates Bypass, south of Arabian Ranches. The complex includes townhouses and apartments.
The project is being developed by Nshama Development, a real estate development company founded in 2014 by a small team of Emaar veterans.
It spans 750 acres, making it larger than downtown Dubai, and when completed will include 3,500 townhouses, 18,000 apartments and a 2.5 million square foot shopping center with more than 600 stores and food and beverage outlets.
The park in the town square is open and looking good. It even sounds good, with classical and jazz music coming from speakers hidden in the bushes! Several grocery stores and restaurants have opened on the main entrance road, but there are not many other amenities yet. Trees and plantings along the main roads are developing well.
