Ivan Vladimirovich Antonenko was born in Ukraine in 1993 and has Bulgarian roots. He came to Bulgaria in 2010 to study international economic relations at the University of Plovdiv. Like every person striving for success in a foreign country, he faced dozens of difficulties and vicissitudes. In order to support himself, he has to work in several places. It was these hardships that became his motivation. The dream he never gave up on was to create his own business in Bulgaria, seeing the potential and opportunities here.
First steps in business
In 2015, Ivan completed his education and after facing several different jobs, he decided to go into entrepreneurship. He first started with a small property company. This allowed him to gain initial capital and business experience. Gradually, thanks to his persistence and innovative approach, Ivan’s company started to grow.

After the initial success, Ivan decided to expand his business and founded Focus Real Estates in a new guise in 2018. The main focus of the company is property trading in Bulgaria, gradually expanding to include transactions from other countries.

In 2021, the company also started dealing with investment projects and their management in Bulgaria, Dubai and other countries, emphasising high quality services.
