Here, the low average property price is again due to new buildings, because, as we know, competition keeps prices down. This neighbourhood is one of the most preferable for living in Plovdiv. Many educational institutions and kindergartens are located here. Nearby is the first shopping centre in the city – Mall Plovdiv, as well as the Rowing Base, which also attract tourists.
